James Wright

I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BA in Classical Civilization and went on to graduate from The University of Texas Law School and I have been a practicing lawyer for over 27 years. In 2016, I was indicted and arrested for crimes I didn’t commit. Despite substantial evidence of my innocence and no evidence of my guilt the federal prosecutors tried to force me to plead guilty to these crimes. Despite passing a polygraph with a perfect score they did not relent. I endured this for over three years. In December, 2017, I was tried before a federal jury in federal district court and after a five day trial I was found not guilty. One of the few things that kept me going was my faith in God. After getting back home, I decided to start writing and wanted to create a character who had an unassailable belief in God, Faith, and believed in the power of prayer.

Much like John Wolfson, I enjoy powerlifting and working out.

A fight between good and evil.

The fate of humanity is at stake.

John Wolfson has spent most of his life fighting to keep evil and all of its manifestations in check.
Stan Williams has prepared for most of his life to unleash evil into this world.

When Wolfson finds out that Abbey, his first love, has been taken to be a sacrifice, he knows he can no longer sit on the side lines. It’s time for him to get back to doing what he does best. Suffering from a brain injury and age, he has to call upon his faith to strengthen and guide his every move. Struggling with the after-effects of his brain injury he faces off against not only Stan Williams, but his twin brother who has infiltrated the Church.

Chasing down every possible lead from New Orleans to Biloxi, he engages in one battle after another. Wolfson struggles with the ways of the Church as he seeks to find his own path. When the lives of three nuns from the church are on the line, he fails. Questioning again his faith and whether to continue because of his injury and advancing years, he searches for guidance.

Knowing what he must do, Wolfson engages in an epic battle with Stan Williams and his followers and, finally, with the Devil’s beast to save Abbey. AMAZON
